Attendee limits are operating caps pending load tests, not performance guarantees. Each plan has a separate time balance. Contact us for events with 1,000+ attendees.
An ongoing broadcast can continue down to −30 minutes. Overtime is deducted from the next top-up on the same plan. Adding 60 minutes at −30 leaves 30 minutes. Top up before starting a new broadcast if your balance is zero or below.
Attendees can view captions without signing in when the site is shared publicly. Hosts must sign in.
Once AI is connected, the 20-minute trial includes live speech translation. The sample screen demo does not use your balance.
Your 30 minutes of overtime are settled first, leaving 30 minutes. A zero or negative balance must be topped up before a new broadcast.
The host selects languages within the plan limit. Attendees choose from that list and share the same translation results. A newly selected language may take time to prepare. Test language accuracy before the event.
AI captions may contain recognition or translation errors. Check important details against the original, and test audio and connectivity before your event.
